This form of body weight endurance training closely resembles many of the workouts presented by Crossfit. I have altered the program, so that it can be applied in a setting without the use of weights. Workouts are typically short, but very intense. The key to success is to remember that you only get the results you are looking for, from the effort that you are willing to put in. Come and see for yourself how in a half an hour or so, you can be on your way to reaching your fitness goals.
I have been training for many years, but was introduced to Crossfit in June 2008. Besides following the program, I have also adapted a program that is functional in the space that I have to work in. This training program is set up so that all body types, ages, and levels of fitness can work together in a fun, upbeat environment. There are no egos permitted in the gym and everyone is treated with respect. We are all there for the same reason: FITNESS
This program is designed to work all of the essential core muscles, while building your endurance and stamina. Workouts are typically short, but high intensity. You will see that the group atmosphere and the ability to work at your own pace produces the greatest results. Expenditure of energy and non-stop movement is the key to success. Results are seen quickly when you give 100 % during workouts. |
