Our motto is "you either want to train or you don't". We realize that Martial Arts is not for everyone and if you don't want to be here then we don't want keep you. We don't promise promotions you have to work for it. "MAT" Material, Application and Time is our acronym for progression. 

Our environment is friendly and accommodating for anyone that wants to learn. We do not tolerate nonsense and always strive to make every student feel comfortable.
